There are three kinds of fees related to the study programmes taught in English at the Technical University of Liberec in the academic year 2023/2024:

Fee for recognition/evaluation of previous higher education
The fee for recognition/evaluation of previous higher education is 3000 CZK (Czech crowns). You can either use a bank transfer or buy it from the TUL e-shop.

Tuition fees for the 1st year of studies are to be paid in full after the actual enrollment to the study programme as instructed by the relevant Student Affairs Office.
Exceeding the study period
Fee for studies according to § 58 (3) of the Act. It is levied when the standard period of study is exceeded by more than one year. The amount of the fee is:
CZK 18 000 for each additional six months of study.
The fee shall be charged to the student by the Rector or the Dean. It is payable within 90 days from the date of delivery of the decision on the assessment of the fee.

Estimated living costs
Apart from the above-mentioned expenses, a future student should take into consideration the following living costs (please note that the amounts are approximate and may vary depending on the age of the students and their requirements):
Annual ISIC card renewal (sticker=přelepka): approx. 11 USD (250 CZK)
Long-term Visa/stay extension fee: approx. 100 USD (2500 CZK)
