There may be other forms of inappropriate behaviour in the workplace which, although their intensity or rarity does not fall within the criteria set out above, can still be assessed as inappropriate and have a negative impact on the operation of the workplace.
Examples:
- Shouting, raising the voice.
- Aggression towards equipment (banging on a desk, slamming a door, throwing papers around…).
- Passive aggressiveness (eye rolling, nonverbal gestures, smiling…).
- Unexplained silence after the arrival of a co-worker.
- Grouping/exclusion from the team.
- Criticism in front of other employees.
- Urging a colleague in his/her free time.
- Refusal to guide learners on the basis of an expressed opinion (e.g. signing a petition).
