Staffing

A kind of bullying. Attacks by subordinates towards a superior/supervisor. These attacks are intended to humiliate the superior/supervisor and can potentially threaten the leadership position, work team or institution.

Examples:

  • Constant criticism of the supervisor/supervisee’s job performance.
  • Accusations of incompetence.
  • Spreading rumours about the supervisor/supervisee.
  • Sabotage (non-performance of tasks, slander, concealment, etc.).
  • Unjustified imputation of bad faith.
  • Questioning moral integrity.
  • Disrespect for hierarchy (bypassing immediate superior).
