A kind of bullying. Attacks by subordinates towards a superior/supervisor. These attacks are intended to humiliate the superior/supervisor and can potentially threaten the leadership position, work team or institution.
Examples:
- Constant criticism of the supervisor/supervisee’s job performance.
- Accusations of incompetence.
- Spreading rumours about the supervisor/supervisee.
- Sabotage (non-performance of tasks, slander, concealment, etc.).
- Unjustified imputation of bad faith.
- Questioning moral integrity.
- Disrespect for hierarchy (bypassing immediate superior).
